As promised, we have received the book samples, so today we show you…

But first, I'd like to remind you that shipping addresses will be locked on August 10th. Please don't forget about this deadline. You can change your address from this page.
Another thing: despite what we said during the campaign (that we wouldn't be able to ship to Russia or South America), I noticed that we have 4 orders of physical items from restricted locations. I'm speaking with Shipquest to determine what is feasible and what is simply impossible. I'll contact the respective backers when I have an answer, but I seriously doubt we can ship anything to Russia right now for obvious reasons.

We received book samples in both languages, which you can see below. Each book will also include a PDF download code, which you can keep or give to a friend. They’ll be forever in your debt. So here we go:
NEXT STEPS:
The majority of the books should arrive later this week or early next week. At that point, we will have everything we need to begin assembling the material for the hubs or to ship directly to backers (Italy only).
I'm contacting Shipquest to find out when they can come pick up all of the goods and deliver them to the appropriate warehouses, where international packages will be assembled in their final form.
When they receive the goods, they will give me an estimate of when you will receive your rewards. By early September, I hope to have a better idea.
PS: Look for another update soon that will focus on something new.

Come vanno le ferie? Come previsto, abbiamo ricevuto i campioni dei libri, quindi oggi vi mostriamo...

Ma prima vorrei ricordarvi che gli indirizzi di spedizione saranno considerati definitivi il 10 agosto. Non ignorate questa scadenza o rischiate di non ricevere il gioco, o di dover pagare due volte le spese di spedizione. Potete modificare il vostro indirizzo da questa pagina.
Un'altra cosa: nonostante quello che era scritto sulla campagna (ovvero che non saremmo stati in grado di spedire in Russia o in Sud America), ci ritroviamo con 4 ordini di articoli fisici destinati a località provenienti da queste zone dove, in teoria, non possiamo spedire. Sto parlando con Shipquest per capire cosa è fattibile e cosa è semplicemente impossibile. Contatterò i rispettivi backer quando avrò una risposta, ma dubito seriamente che, ad esempio, sia possibile spedire qualcosa in Russia in questo momento (per ovvie ragioni).
Le foto dei libri
Abbiamo ricevuto i campioni dei libri in entrambe le lingue, che potete ammirare poco più sopra. Ogni libro includerà anche un codice per il download del PDF, che potrete conservare o regalare a qualcuno del vostro gruppo (vi dovranno un favore in futuro).
I PROSSIMI PASSI:
La maggior parte dei libri dovrebbe arrivare entro questa settimana o all'inizio della prossima. A quel punto, avremo tutto il necessario per iniziare ad assemblare il materiale per gli hub o per spedirlo direttamente a MS Edizioni, che poi spedirà a voi i pacchi finali (solo in Italia).
Ho contattato Shipquest per sapere quando possono venire a ritirare tutta la merce per l’estero e consegnarla ai magazzini appropriati, dove i pacchi internazionali saranno assemblati nella loro forma finale.
Quando riceveranno la merce, mi daranno una stima delle consegne verso le varie zone del mondo. Per l'inizio di Settembre spero di avere un'idea più precisa.
Ci risentiamo presto con un update sulle novità in arrivo.

We received a shipment of six pallets loaded with the final vinyl jackets and Hunter Sheets for both Broken Tales and The Broken Ones this morning.
The items have proven delicate to move, so we have taken extra measures with the shipment from the factory – a bit more costly for us, a lot better for you. Starting tomorrow, we'll begin full assemblage: vinyl jackets arrive empty, so we'll need to manually associate the correct sheets in the correct language to each jacket. We'll also wrap them in a plastic envelope to ensure that the next phase of shipping goes smoothly.
But enough of that, here they are in their full glory:
We are now only missing the books, which should arrive at our warehouse in about ten days. Following that, all preparation work for shipping the rewards, either directly to you (if you live in Italy) or to international hubs, will begin in earnest. So close now!

Oggi abbiamo qualche foto da mostrare!

Le immagini delle custodie vinile definitive!
Stamattina abbiamo ricevuto una spedizione di sei pallet con le custodie vinile e relative Schede Cacciatore sia per Broken Tales che The Broken Ones.
Gli articoli sono delicati da spostare, quindi abbiamo adottato misure aggiuntive per la spedizione dalla fabbrica: un po' più costoso per noi, molto meglio per voi. Da domani inizieremo l'assemblaggio completo: le custodie vinile arrivano vuote, quindi dovremo associare manualmente le schede corrette nella lingua corretta a ciascuna custodia. Le avvolgeremo anche in una busta di plastica per garantire che la successiva fase di spedizione avvenga senza problemi.
Potete vedere le foto nell’update in inglese, sono tante e sono grosse, non me la sono sentita di inserirle due volte.
Ora mancano solo i libri, che dovrebbero arrivare nel nostro magazzino tra una decina di giorni. Dopodiché inizieranno i lavori di preparazione per la spedizione delle ricompense. Per quanto riguarda l’Italia, prepareremo i pacchi in prima persona. Poi invieremo il bancale a MS Edizioni, che si occuperà di farli arrivare a casa vostra.
Per evitare situazioni di consegne con gente ancora in vacanza, andremo realisticamente ai primi di Settembre, ma ormai manca poco!

A very short update with no extra distractions.
All of the missing printed materials will be delivered to us within the next 20 days. As a result, we're almost ready to begin packing and shipping to either final backers or distribution hubs (refer to update #58 for current estimates, we’ll have more precise estimates by the end of August).

After that date, you won’t be able to change where the rewards are shipped to.

Please keep in mind that if the address on file is incorrect or missing, we will be unable to deliver your reward and you may be asked to pay the full price for a new delivery. Nobody wants that to happen now that shipping costs have skyrocketed.

We got the maps, and they're fantastic. Because they are double-sided (as is common with paper), we printed the English version on one side and the Italian version on the other. It's great to practice your language skills, but both sides of the map also hide a secret... that no one has discovered yet. Will you be the chosen one? I have faith in you.

Abbiamo ricevuto le mappe e sono fantastiche. Poiché sono fronte-retro (come accade di solito con la carta), abbiamo stampato la versione inglese su un lato e quella italiana sull'altro. Un buon modo per esercitarsi con la lingua, ma entrambi i lati della mappa nascondono anche un segreto... che nessuno ha ancora scoperto. Chi sarà il prescelto? Ho fiducia in voi.

Dear Broken Ones,
This will be brief. Someone mentioned yesterday that the Core Book files had some glitches that rendered a few pages unreadable. We were initially perplexed because not everyone saw them, but after a morning of investigation, we discovered that it was due to a combination of image compression (the original file is so large that Backerkit gets stuck during the upload, so we had to reduce the size) and rendering on Apple platforms (Mac, iPad, iPhone, all seem to show the problem). We missed it because opening the file with Acrobat Reader revealed no problems.
Anyway, we re-exported the files, and they now appear fine in every reader we tested them with.
You'll get them as usual on Backerkit, and you'll recognize them by the suffix "(fixed)".
To avoid confusion, I have removed the previous versions.

Sarò breve. Ieri qualcuno ci ha fatto notare che i file del Core Book presentano alcuni glitch che rendono illeggibili alcune pagine. Inizialmente eravamo perplessi: non tutti li vedevano. Dopo una mattinata di indagini, abbiamo scoperto che il problema è dovuto a una combinazione di compressione delle immagini (il file originale è così grande che Backerkit si blocca durante l'upload, quindi abbiamo dovuto ridurne le dimensioni) e di rendering sulle piattaforme Apple (Mac, iPad, iPhone, tutti sembrano riprodurre il problema). Ci è sfuggito perché aprendo il file con Acrobat Reader appare tutto a posto.
Ad ogni modo, abbiamo riesportato i file e ora vengono visualizzati correttamente in tutti i software con cui li abbiamo testati.
Li troverete come al solito su Backerkit e li riconoscerete dal suffisso "(fixed)".
Per evitare confusione, ho rimosso le versioni precedenti.
